Short, wide, thin and super stiff. ASTRAL has a relatively flat bottom and a wide square nose and tail. A design striving to give the most planing surface with the least amount of board volume and board length. A concept that provides a superb board feel when being up on foil, all while still having the needed active bottom surface to get there.

– A full carbon super stiff vacuum laminated construction.
– 40cm long foil boxes that are open in the tail end so you can slide on your Foil Drive setup without fiddling with loose nuts or bolts.
– A smooth and soft to the knees and feet Snakeskin stomp pad.
– Plenty of footstrap inserts with a wide spread.
– The square and reinforced nose and tail design makes it easy to balance the board on the tail or tip on the beach without dinging it and the stubby nose is also perfect shaped for singlehand handling when FD launching. This square, flat, wide nose design is what get this relatively small and short board up on plane even when using smaller sized foil wings.

This is no board for beginners but for experienced Foil Drive users. No lie, it takes practice to get used to. But once unlocked it tends to become a favorite.
